POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Implementation of key HR processes for the Animal Feed business : Talent, Performance & compensation review, Exit process, Galloper (Campus Program) learning stints.  - Engagement action planning & implementation it proces.  - Talent Process and Hi-Pot development at Officers Level (IDPs for key Assitant Managers across all functions).  - Ensure budgetary control of Animal Feed HR expenses & AF HR analytics agment.  - Drive the functional learning & training agenda.  WHO YOU ARE:  - Education Profile : MBA from premier B-schools like IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD etc. Preferably 2011 to 2013 batches with hands on experience in compensation and benefits.  - A relevant stint of Learning and Development to drive the agenda at Godrej Agrovet.  - Strong Analytical bent of mind.  - Relevant 3 to 5years of experience in human resources as a function with relevant experience in learning and development and business partnering.  ABOUT US:  Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL) is a diversified agribusiness company dedicated to improving the productivity of Indian farmers by innovating products and services that substantially increase crop and livestock yields.
