GAVL through its subsidiary Astec Life Sciences Limited, is also a business-to-business (B2B) focused bulk manufacturer of fungicides & herbicides. In Dairy and Poultry and Processed Foods, the company operates through its subsidiaries Creamline Dairy Products Limited and Godrej Tyson Foods Limited. Apart from this, GAVL also has a joint venture with the ACI group of Bangladesh for animal feed business in Bangladesh.

Designation: Manager Digital Transformation

Location: Mumbai - Godrej One

Job Purpose:

- Drive business readiness, business adoption, business value (solution pre-requisites, solution usage, solution benefits)

- Facilitate metrics and KPI's visualization to actively promote new ways of working (Change Management), enable data driven decision making & better leverage digital solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Readiness initiatives:

- Highlight gaps/provide inputs to respective business stakeholders for SOP's/process steps/guideline compliance.

- Highlight gaps to BU teams for addressing data quality and management issues

- Work with multiple BU teams in charge of carrying out organizational readiness, training, communications, and change management for digital transformation activities/projects (prioritized projects across GAVL)

Solution roll-out assistance:

- Follow up & co-ordinate project milestone, deliverables across functional stakeholders.

- Identify areas of opportunity (bugs, fixes, add-ons) basis stakeholder feedback and reviews

- Track solution adoption (users, feature, process and module wise)

Performance management communication:

- Set up process to regularly present KPI's for BU stakeholders & operational team leads

- Ramp up operational teams to interpret, adopt and leverage functional and BI solutions (training, cross leverage top users vs low adoption users, build champions, incentivize/recognize users) Participate in review & governances to capture feedback on KPI's and reports

Key stakeholder interactions:

- Theme/Initiative owners for each Business unit

- Digital team

- IT team

- HR engagement team

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with focus on Computer Science/Information Systems or related field / MBA

Experience : 5 yrs to 8 yrs

Key skills:

- High learnability and capability to interact with cross functional stakeholders across functions and levels

- Data visualization - self-service tools experience- Power BI/Tableau etc.

- Excel and data analytics (R/Python, SQL)

- Project management methodology, customer centric approach and process mapping understanding
