Role Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment:
- To support in driving the campus recruitment
- To interface with universities & maintain the connect with Placement committee
- To gather relevant information and data points from the universities as per the organization's needs.
HR Systems & HRMIS:
- To manage & update employee data in Success Factors system in a timely and accurate manner.
- To maintain & provide the updated MIS whenever requested
- To update the Org structure on a regular basis
- To ensure employee profile management in the intranet portal
- To manage online attendance & leave management system
- To manage email id creation, deactivation & updating email groups time to time
- To resolve employee queries pertaining to various HR systems and processes
- To ensure updation of employee profiles in travel portal & being SPOC for the same
- To ensure updation of employee profiles in Mahindra holidays portal & being SPOC for the same
Induction & Orientation:
- To conduct the Orientation session HR policies & HR systems
- To provide ID cards for new joiners and manage their opening of salary accounts
- To upload new joiner announcements every month on the intranet portal
HR Policy Management:
- To assist in drafting & circulating the HR policies & updating the same in online HR policy manual
- To guide & resolve queries of employees
- To initiate & support in renewal of Group insurance policies
- To update the employee database monthly as per new joining & separation with respective Insurance vendors
- To coordinate & settle various claims in a timely manner
Exit Management:
- To ensure exit clearance & exit interview forms are submitted by employees
- To manage the Full and Final Settlement process for all employees
- To coordinate & process the gratuity settlements
General Administration:
- To ensure processing of salary payments within payroll cycle
- To arrange or provide support in company party & sports events
- To take care of vendor mgmt.
- To support the HR processes
- To support the Just dial initiative to interface with employees
- To disburse Sodexho vouchers every month and manage official mobile connections with Vodafone
- To arrange for visiting cards as per employee requests
- To ensure AMC's are done in a timely manner every year for necessary office equipments
- To carry out general office repairs
- To suggest the process improvements wherever necessary & provide ideas which can enhance the employee engagement / employee connect.
Statutory Compliance:
- Administration of PF and Gratuity as per the statutory regulations on PAN India basis
- Keeping abreast with changes in the pertaining laws on a regular basis
- Managing the assigned vendor for PF.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA/MLW in HR with 4-5 years of relevant prior experience in managing HR operations profile
- Candidates from Manufacturing organisations would be preferred
- Ability to multi task and manage multiple stakeholder expectations
- Customer orientation and excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS-office tools and data orientation.
- MUST have worked on ERP systems such as SAP, Successfactors, Peoplesoft etc.
