Job description : YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: This Opportunity is for Godrej Tyson Foods Limited. Strategy : - Analyzing market trends, evaluating competitive positioning - Develop supply chain model using location, database, design and information to meet intended goal and create a path of success for future. - Develop Supply chain strategy to achieve service leadership. - Develop model to optimize location, design and information to meet intended goals. - Evaluate and recalibrate model with regards to changing business needs. - Design distribution strategy and networks. - Supply chain innovation & improvement Operations : - Demand planning & Supply planning - Warehouse, stock and distribution management. - Covering farm to plant and C&F for frozen product from plant to market. - Deliver and achieve OTIF and budgeted cost targets to meet customer service level index and budgeting goals. - Co-ordinate SNOP meetings to formalize demand and supply planning. Disseminating forecast, planning weekly dissemination of proposals. - Establishing and managing distribution contracts. - Identify warehousing & distribution service partners, lease and terms of contract negotiations - Meet all legal and FSQA requirements of warehousing and logistics management system. - Management of Physical stock and warehouse operation through warehouse partners. - Production and material requirement planning. - Communication and resolving constraints - Management of 3P sourcing process. - Measuring & assessing supply chain performance.
