Role : HR Processes & Analytics (Consultant for 6 - 9 month assignment)
Role Summary :
This role will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner on the People Processes Agenda as part of the Animal Feeds business, the largest business of Godrej Agrovet.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead execution for all critical people processes such as Performance Management, Talent and Transition processes, 360 with the COE Leads
- Leverage data analytics w.r.t. people processes and establish learnings for the business
- Manage recruitment & selection for critical hirings requirements within the business
- Coordinate for learning initiatives and establish LMS as a preferred learning resource for all employees
- Lead program management for all central interventions
- Identify and manage Learning Partners as per requirement
