YOUR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creates, owns and drives execution of 360-degree portfolio strategy including decisions on marketing mix, NPI introduction and management and overall campaigns strategy - Strong collaboration with Technical Support Lead and regional technical leads to manage: - Ownership of mid and long term portfolio strategy and key account strategy and driving creation of services infrastructure to support account acquisition and maintenance - Creation and management of national poultry consultants pool, planning requirements and business objectives for visits and coordinating with technical &amp; sales teams to ensure follow through - Working closely with Technical Support Lead to finalize the messaging with each of our brands, on ground value delivery, communication tools and extension initiatives like Layer Knowledge Series - Ownership of pricing strategy and execution of PF portfolio, interacting closely with the pricing analyst and the RBH to implement the pricing tool recommendations on ground, conducting impact analysis and supporting model evolution - Driving implementation of swine feed business portfolio and GTM strategy - Identification of opportunity areas for enhancing call management, key account management and business planning, and technical capability development, and collaborating closely with technical and R&amp;D teams to develop content and strategy to close gaps - Ownership of strategic projects in their business area - Driving on ground value proposition delivery consistently across geographies by ensuring consistent implementation of farm tracking - Ownership of customer loyalty initiatives for specific portfolio WHO YOU ARE: 1. Graduate from Tier1/2 B School with Marketing specialisation. 2. Having 3-4 years of marketing stint with FMCG, Agro Chemical, Farming, Food and Beverages Industries. 3. Strong Analytical approach and execution skills. 4. Ability to influence and manage stakeholders. 5. Handled and managed marketing initiatives/launch over a period of time.
