Key Responsibilities:

- Project Estimation, Attend pre-construction meetings and collaborate with engineers, architects & owners for scheduling and budgets.

- Responsible for ensuring the safe completion of projects within the given budget and timelines.

- Subcontractor management, quality control, contractor relations, attending meetings etc.

- Quantification of Acceleration measures taken and submitted by contractor for extra billing.

- Providing commissioning assistance to EPC contractor.

- Reconciliation of work/tasks completed and maintaining other related MIS and documentation.

- Detailed Study of B.O.Q, Technical Specifications and incorporating the various factors of Contracts.

- Preparation of work orders for contractors.

- Maintaining Joint measurement with client and preparations of monthly bills

- Preparing documents for internal & external audits.

- Generating monthly MIS for the management review and tracking the variance reports.

- Ensure all supplies from vendors approved as per Company’s approval process and developing vendors for delivering the best quality and consistent product.

Desired Qualifications

- B.tech or B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in project management (4 years onsite + 4 years in EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction )

- Should have thorough knowledge & hands-on experience in Auto CAD, MS Project.

- Should be ready to travel across the country as this role would involve multiple projects in various locations.
