Goalsketch.com is a self funded (B2C) startup that intends to provide personal career management solutions through our portal. Currently in its alpha launch phase.

- GoalSketch is result of the pain everyone on our team went through to achieve some of our prior career ambitions. The above questions bothered us and everyone we knew. We embarked on a journey to create tools to take charge of our careers and have decided to bring them to each and every one of you.

- We have only one objective : to make information and resources easily available to professionals to take charge of their career - today and always. Towards this end, we provide professionals through our portal with following and lot more.

- Career Intelligence : A series of tools to plan and manage your career; map your long and short term ambition, find mentor to support your goals, create your development plan, find courses you should take and experiences you need to gather at work. This is all compiled on comprehensive dashboard to track your progress towards your ambitions.

- Salary Intelligence : A series of tools to find your worth in this competitive market, compare job offers, decide whether to go for higher education, see real worth of your incentive plans.

- Marketplace : Find right learning resources to jumpstart your "readiness quotient" for your next career pit stop.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design career management online product(s), using some of the latest and globally accepted concepts in human resources research available in the world today.

- Post concept design, test commercial viability through customer need analysis in the market.

- Content validation: validate additional content such as salary data, career streams data etc for our immediate markets such as India and Africa.

- Research learning content providers who are potential GoalSketch partners. Identify and establish a collaborative relationship with the appropriate decision maker.

- Partner with the GoalSketch business and product development teams to test courses, develop product marketing materials and prepare courses for upload.

- Lead the prospect through the partnership process, responding to any objections and questions.

What we are looking for in you:

- You are an HR professional who clearly loves to develop solutions that take their roots from strong HR concepts, latest global research; that can be used by a regular professionals to better their career.

- You have a fascination towards taking OD & Individual development tools, and you believe you can use them effectively in a B2C market. Or you have a fascination for "Compensation & Benefits" and a leaning for L&OD.

- You have a MBA from top 10 business schools in India. If you are NOT form the top 10 and still prove to us that you are as good we will consider you.

- You enjoy solving problems. Those who dont like disruptive business concepts and the audacity to think that OD and Individual development tools cant be used outside the Organizational realm but in a B2C world, may find this job very hard to do!

- You have read this write up thoroughly and then applied for this job.

- You can work long hours and also have a sense of humor.

- You are seriously "OK" working in a start up
