Goals101 is an intelligent financial connector, that works very closely with&nbsp;its clients and partners who are in the financial domain. These can include&nbsp;payment networks, banks, Non-Banking Financial firms (NBFCs- ) and a network&nbsp;of industry partners from various verticals. Goals101 is looking for a strong, dynamic group product manager(GPM) who can mentor and manage a team of product managers and support the Chief Product Officer in strategizing and execution of the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term. Responsibilities and Duties : - Manage/mentor one or more product managers and be accountable for&nbsp;their success - Collaborate with the entire business team, product team and Data Science&nbsp;team to create new revenue streams - Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities for new markets, new product&nbsp;features and new ideas - Prepare, present and implement business plans and business cases for&nbsp;existing and new product features/lines for new/existing markets - Understand customer needs and develop product requirements in line with&nbsp;them - Develop market requirements, business cases, product requirements and&nbsp;business plan documentation - Work with the business to ensure quality product delivery - Collaborate on product definitions and product roadmaps - Make decisions, share or champion enhancements or new products for the&nbsp;product line supporting the overall business - Ensure compliance needs are met and addressed in every aspect of the&nbsp;product implementation - Conduct financial analysis - forecasting, tracking, analysis and reporting of the product cost and revenue - Set product positioning in the market and ensure competitive advantage - Setup baseline product pricing, deployment requirements and pricing&nbsp;market fit - Continuously monitor competitor and industry development - Act as a primary product knowledge source for the business - Demonstrate extreme tracking capabilities, anticipate roadblocks in feature&nbsp;development - Create marketing communication material - Create and develop sales collateral, training material and presentations for&nbsp;promotional activities - Have a data first attitude, define and monitor product launch readiness&nbsp;and success metrics - Provide product communication to a wide variety of audience, both external&nbsp;and internal - Work closely with sales and marketing teams on go to market plans - Act as the primary evangelist and champion for the product/product line - Maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends - Cultivate deep relationships with other department heads to enable smooth&nbsp;flow of external market conditions/scenarios Qualifications : We are looking for product managers who are logical, data driven thinkers. A&nbsp;candidate applying for this role must know how to : - Be Transparent about their prioritization and roadmap process - Be able to say "No", but explain why in terms that all stakeholders understand - Be able to generate consensus among strong-willed leadership - Be a brutal prioritizer while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders - Bring evidence-based deicision-making to your communication Education Level : Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred Experience Level :&nbsp;5-8 years of proven experience as a product manager with demonstrated&nbsp;success in defining and launching an excellent product Specific Skills : - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Technical background in developing software products (B2B) - Excellent teamwork skills - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without any formal&nbsp;reporting structure - Must be open to travel - Examples of effective documentation delivered in the past - Abiity to define tracking metrics on top of kanban/agile tracking software&nbsp;to ensure smooth, timely delivery of product features
