1. Handling Commercial activities for Flight Operation Dept as a of 'Checker'.  2. Negotiation with Flight Operation vendors regarding procurement of material and services along with the Contract Committee.  3. Verification & control over all vendor invoices pertaining to Hotel, Transport, Air ticket, Training etc.  4. Ensure adherence to SOP, COA, & Internal Control procedures.  5. Manage workflow to ensure all accounting transactions are processed accurately & timely.  6. Verify KPI/SLA certification & other Terms of Agreement of vendor before booking of invoice.  7. To support in preparation of yearly cost budget for the department.  8. To monitor actual expenditure vis-a vis budget on monthly basis,variance analysis of actual over budget & appraise Functional Heads about probable action & mitigation therefore.  9. MoM accrual of expenses & follow uo for correct recording.  10. Financial KPI's & MIS reports for Flight Ops department.
