GoAir - Senior Manager - Ancillary Sales

Job Purpose:-

Responsible for ancillary sales function in generating Sales revenues through services other than ticket purchase.

Key Accountabilities:-

1. Develops operating plans, short & long term sales objectives in line with targets set.

2. Develops a good understanding of levers and opportunities for revenue improvements for services like Seat
Selection/Insurance/New Ancillary services.

3. Driving ancillary revenue and achieving ancillary revenue targets.

4. Account Management of ancillary product partners.

5. Responsible for negotiation and/or fulfillment of commercial terms.

6. Competition monitoring and comparison of commercial terms.

7. Budget & revenue planning. Preparation of regular monthly cost analysis & revenue reports.

8. Responsible for of all ancillary admin activities such as price offers, purchase orders, incoming.

9. Invoice checking, accruals, outgoing invoicing of ancillary commissions etc.

10. Incremental revenues from new areas of Ancillary Sales (New Opportunity mapping).

11. Good Corporate Relationship and negotiations for Ancillary sales products.
