Position: Manager Branding
Department: Marketing
Job Purpose: Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Key Accountabilities
1. Spearheads the Brand marketing and new product development activities.
2. Develops and keeps updated the Brand manual.
3. Ensure Brand compliance across all mediums.
4. Initiates audits to identify and correct Brand related issues.
5. Develops and implements processes that ensure that Brand guidelines are adhered.
6. Creates appropriate Brand visibility.
7. Researches and proposes branding of new product or services.
8. Ensures Brand communication is consistent and adheres to the principles.
9. Coordinates with Service Quality to ensure Brand implementation guidelines are adhered.
10. Works with suppliers and agencies to develop and implement Brand guidelines.
11. Ensures appropriate branding at airports, coaches, In-flights and other touch points

Necessary: MBA in Marketing Desirable & Additional Certification/Diploma in Strategic and Analytical Management
