No. Key Accountabilities

1. Negotiation of All Aircraft related documents (LOI,Lease agreement and others)

2. Responsible for all calculations related to induction of Aircrafts.

3. Contract Administration - Ensure all contracts are enforced and monitor compliance

4. Validation of calculations of all supplemental rent LCs to lessors

5. Responsible for all SBLCs (renewals too) with Lessors related to Deposits and Supplemental rent.

6. Validation of calculations related to Airbus and PW compensations.

7. Knowledge of all the Agreement with Lessors and OEMs.

8. Build and maintain relationships with various external parties in discharging any of the above responsibilities.

9. Build and maintain relationships with various Internal parties in discharging any of the above responsibilities.

10. Responsible for all Novation's and other financing activities of Lessors, verifying all the documents which are required to be submitted to DGCA.

11. Maintaining of Airbus delivery schedule as per Notification provided by Airbus

12. To Ensure all the Aircraft related documents are properly maintained in our office.
