Job Description and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Manager/ Sr. Manager, Finance to be based at company's corporate office in Gurgaon who is going to have accounting/ financial background with strong techno functional experience in working with SAP/Oracle, incumbent will lead the team of existing Accounts employees. Broadly but not limited to your role and responsibilities are going to include :

- Preparation and analysis of Profitability Statement, Finalization of Books of Accounts, Preparation of Financial Statement, Budgeting and MIS Reports.

- Handle daily ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoice and payments

- Strong in Tally, Invoicing and advance excel functions.

- Support the Finance Head in other Accounts functions

- Team Management and provide mentoring support to all zonal accountants.

- Setting up credit facilities with banks and Liaoning for their sanction/ documentation and disbursement. Ensure various banking compliances, Bank Reconciliation etc.

- Financial planning, forecasting, controlling and budgeting, analysis of investment opportunities and fund requirements.

- Finalization of consolidated financial statement of company, preparation of reports for financial presentation to the Company's Management

- Responsible for preparing Balance sheet & Profit/Loss Account of company and MIS reports.

- Responsible for Monthly Books of Accounts management, Account receivable and Account payable etc.

- Develop required Finance and payment related policies and procedures.

- Responsible for Income Tax compliance returns etc.

- Responsible for GST compliance refunds and returns etc.

- Responsible for Quarterly Stock/Inventory audit, fixed assets audit and variance analysis (if any) in company's warehouse / branches across India

- Prepare and provide timely and accurate reports of working capital, Debt & Investment etc.

Candidate requirement :

- Qualified CA with 2-5 years of working experience is required.

- Working experience on SAP /Oracle is mandatory; the person must be good in Tally, Ms Office.

- Effective communicator, with strong oral and written English communication skills.
