3. Preparing & issuing salary slips.
4. Preparing Full & Final settlement.
5. Knowledge of excels is must.
6. Must have good understanding of statutory compliance.
7. HR operations
8. Manpower costing reports, attrition analysis
9. Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
10. Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
11. Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures
