- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Advising on long-term business and financial planning. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning

- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.

- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
