GNP - Accountant

A) Trust related Profile -

1. He / She should be able to Coach & provide advice / guidance to the organization on matters of Trust related investment and transaction structuring for the both Charitable and private trust like the activities which can be carried on by the trust and the target group(s) i.e., intended beneficiaries who can be served by the Trust.

2. Capable of maintaining independently underlying books of accounts for Charitable and Private trust-related transactions like Cash Book, Bank Book, Legers, Journals, Bank Statements, Counterfoil of cheques and pay in slips, Vouchers and Audited Accounts.

3. Willingness to work with startup stage Trust.

4. Ensuring all compliances under Trust Laws related to Charitable and Private Trust transactions.

5. Maintaining Donation Receipts, Register of Donation, copy of Certificate of donation in Form No 10E (Format Attached), Direction letter from Donor etc.

6. Maintaining register showing the names, addresses and other particulars of Donor, Settlor, Trustees and beneficiaries.

7. Assisting Company secretary in maintaining Minute Book relating to the proceeding of meetings, notice of meeting, agenda etc.

8. Statutory Compliance - Payments of Income Tax, Claiming Exemptions, preparing Trust returns, renewal of Trust registrations etc related to both Charitable and Pvt trust.

9. Reporting Trust MIS and other updates to management.

B) Handling Other Entities Work like :

1. Monthly working for TDS Payments

2. Monthly working for GST Payments.

3. Assisting managers in Accounts Finalization and statutory compliances

4. Assisting in Scrutiny work for Taxation matters & Company Law matters.

5. Co-ordination with Consultants for Direct tax, Indirect tax and MCA & Audit.

6. Vendor Ledger reconciliation.

7. Filing System.

Salary offered: 9-12LPA
