Position Title- Manager, Sales Operations  Work Location- Hyderabad, India  Industry/Sector-Travel Retail  Position Details  Job Responsibilities:  Operational:  - Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Duty Managers and staff; following up on work results.  - Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  - Ensures availability of merchandise and services and maintaining inventories.  - Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends  - Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with Customs, State Excise regulations.  - Managing Merchandizing  - Develop and execute innovative promotional inputs to improve sales.  Accountability  - Sales Target – Overall Sales achievement, SPP target achievement, ATV Target achievement, Category wise achievement.  - Inventory Management – Weekly Indenting, Stock Rotation, Stock control and Shrinkage, Ageing stock liquidation,   - Merchandising and Promotion – Price Ticketing and promo communication, Stock merchandising and cleaning, Mega/Mini/Special Promotion Control  - Reports, Registers, Staff attrition, POS control, product knowledge, statutory compliance, Discipline of staff etc.  Requirements:  - 5 to 10 years in Managing Retail Stores (Operations) preferably duty free.  - MBA/PG from reputed B-School – Operations/Marketing  - Skills - Man Managing skills, Motivational skills, Selling skills, Target Oriented, Planning and Organizing skills, Decision Making skills and Accountable.
