GMR Group - Project Head - Smart Metering

Implementation - HOC: Smart Metering:

- Shall be responsible for project profitability as per bid estimates.

- To liaison with counter parties (Discom, outsourcing agencies, local administration etc) & to develop stakeholder relationship for ensuring support and smooth project execution.

- Overall Project Management through Periodic review on performance and progress for assigned projects & departments.

- Ensure the material availability and supply chain by reviewing and coordination with procurement team & project stores.

- To implement customer enumeration program which includes meter survey and consumer indexing and ensure its success.

- Sharing periodic progress on project execution with core group.

- Ensure team bonding and cohesive working in his team
