GMR Group - Program Manager - HR Airports Sector

Job Purpose :

Provide Program Management Support to HR initiatives in Airports Sector & Foundation and support Sector HR

Head in managing key operational imperatives. The role reports to Sector HR Head hence plays a significant role in anchoring change & continuity on HR matters across the Sector.

Job Description :

Drive Key Projects at Sector Level :

- Anchor Org-Design Projects across the Sector

- Support-PMP Process roll-up at Sector level

- Provide Operational Support while setting up new business Unit (GVIAL, GMR Services Business, Innovation etc.) wrt manpower planning, hiring etc.

- Support Key Talent Management Agenda items Across Sector (such as Talent Exchange Program, Talent Review etc.)

- Actively involved in Design & Implemenation of Key Employee Experience Programs Anchor Reviews, including AOPs (Full Year + Mid Year)

- Sector roll-up of Annual AOP & mid-year AOP, including workforce cost trending

- Process & Preparation of weekly HR dashboard with insights and linkage to key impact points

- Support in Role Definition, Hiring & Onboarding of Senior Personnel Including Expats

- Supporting Sector HR Head in Defining JDs of Senior Personnel & Upcoming roles

- Support in the Hiring & approval Process

- Design & progress-report the On-Borading Plans Special Assignments

- Anchor HR Technology adoption

- Support in Preparation of Custom analysis/ Reports on Attrition, Performance Management, Staffing data etc.

- Research and create industry insights and benchmarking

- Harmonization of HR Systems, Policies & Processes in JVs and Subsidiaries
