- GHIAL Strategic Plan Preparation (for the identified depts.)
- To play major role in driving the preparation of Strategic Plan highlighting the Macro & Micro environment, SWOT, Peer Comparison leading to formulation of Strategic Objectives (SOs) and detailed Strategic Initiatives (SIs) for the Company
- Annual Operating Plan (for the identified depts.)
- To play major role in the preparation of Annual Operating Plan for the Company
- Alignment of SOs, SIs and departmental targets with corporate & sector
- Interface with departments for budgeting in ERP (BPC)
- Review & rationalize department's revenue targets & cost outlays in line with the agreed SOs & SIs mandate
- Freezing Departmental annual BSC and Operational KPIs
Capex AOP:
- To drive the activities for preparation of annual GHIAL CAPEX projections
- Interface with all the departments for preparing the projections and integrating the same with inter-departmental requirements to avoid repetition
- Review & rationalize each department's projections with Finance Team to align business requirements with projected quarterly cash flows
Business Case Preparation:
- To lead in driving project based analysis and evaluation for new revenue generating business ventures / initiatives and asset monetization by way of financial modeling and scenario analysis
Benchmarking Analysis:
- To prepare competitive benchmarking analysis report including financials, commercial and operational KPIs for the management
Analytics and MIS reporting:
- To proactively create discussion tools, and AOP variance analysis (BSC & Operational KPIs) for senior management.
- To prepare and provide monthly CAPEX MIS as per the requirement of Ministry of Civil Aviation
Divestment/ Acquisition:
Anchor the divestment/ acquisition process driven by SPG viz. GHRL, HMACPL and also support other such initiatives. The work includes following:
- To manage the due diligence process, prepare/ Vet financial models and interpret the assumptions for the transaction viz. GHRL, HMACPL. To prepare the supporting documents/ notes and have continuous interactions with external consultants & finance team for the same.
- To support the finalization of the transaction along with legal and finance
Airport User Consultative Committee (AUCC):
- To drive activities to finalise Project Investment File and arranging for approval of the same by Airport Consultative Committee members.
- To support finalization of CAPEX projections for the control period and to review & suggest improvements in Tariff filing document & model, as required, in liaison with Finance team
ASQ Initiatives:
- To provide analytical support in the identification of areas of improvements and participate in formulation and monitoring of ASQ improvement action plan
Business Excellence:
- As an assessor (External) of the group for GBEM, enable the preparation of Business Excellence Application (External & Internal)
- To be part of BE brigade and support in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) in fields like process excellence, cost reduction and others
