GMR Group - Manager - Project Finance

Role

- To support Project Finance by networking and interfacing with all related Banks for Fund Raising and Project Financing for all its present and future projects. Support in all debt raising activities for Energy Sector.

Key Accountabilities

Accountabilities:

- To support Project Financing by Fund Raising with all associated banks

- Working capital management (Both fund based and non fund based with consortium bankers)

- Cash flow preparation, Financials preparations (both quarterly and annually)

- Aixed asset accounting and maintenance with physical verification

- Application of various laws on day to day activities (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law, etc.)

- Servicing foreign currency debts

- Analysis of various expenses, advances, etc.

- Preparation of monthly MIS

- Budgeting and Annual Operating Plan Preparation and consolidation

- Processing of invoice, BRS and month end activities

- Dealing with bankers for fund disbursement

External / Internal Interactions

- Networking with Domestic Banks and other overseas Banks

- Finance Heads of SBUs/Plants/Projects

- Finance Heads of other Group companies as required

Dimensions

- Interpersonal skills to develop a healthy rapport with all the finance heads including other stake holders and business heads.

Skills & Knowledge

Educational Qualification: Graduation with CA/MBA (Fin).

- Relevant & Total years of Experience: 9 to 12 years of experience in similar Function at Power/Steel/ Infrastructure industry.

Candidate Requirements

1. Has in-depth knowledge of Project Financing and Finance Related activities, etc.

2. Has in-depth knowledge of Working Capital Management

3. Excellent communication skills, strong self-confidence and smart presence essential

4. Exposure to FII's to some extent
