- Meeting with village opinion leaders.

Discipline & Governance

- Manage & Facilitate the disciplinary process of outsource manpower, including show cause notices, charge sheet, suspension, explanations etc. through domestic enquiries.

- Facilitate grievance handling process with the view of ensuring industrial harmony and discipline.
