We are looking for Manager-HR for GMR Chhattisgarh Energy Ltd

Educational qualification: MBA-HR

Experience: 9 to 12 years

Reporting to AGM-HR

Job Description:

- Develop, manage and improve HRM processes at the unit

- Manage the overall HR functions to realize the company and HR vision at the plant level

- Implement corporate HR policies at unit

- Plan and play advisory role in the performance appraisal.

- Coordinate the functioning of the various HR departments to ensure seamless, efficient and timely HR services delivery to the employees

- Oversee the employee welfare facilities

- Manage training and development of employees at site

- Strengthen relationships between employees and the management team

- Ensure a healthy work environment at site.

- Plan manpower resource requirement (including redeployment, reskilling and multiskilling) for optimal use of human resources and financial budgets for HR department

- Coordinate with BHR for policy implementation and MIS reporting

- Provide inputs to the HR Policy department during the policy formulation stage
