GMR Group - Manager - Finance (8-14 yrs)
Financial modelling
- Prepare and update financial models for lenders, investors, internal, etc.
- Financial analysis for various stakeholders to assess debt serviceability, profitability, funding requirements, etc.
- Valuations, returns, payback, etc.
Project Finance
- Debt raising initiatives including new sanctions, refinancing, etc.
- Working capital funding (sanction, documentation, security creation, disbursement, etc)
- Working capital management
- Preparation of teasers, IM, notes, proposals, new loan applications, etc.
- Structuring a proposal based on a workable funding alternative
- Documentation for any amendments or additional funding
- Take up credit rating renewal/ fresh proposal
- Coordinate with Lenders appointed agencies including LIE, LLC, LIA, ASM, Security Trustee, etc.
- Coordinate for convening consortium meetings, site visits, meetings, information exchange, etc.
- Accompany lenders / stakeholders for site visits
- Coordinating & facilitating due diligence activities
Banking & relationship
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective lenders
- Mapping of banking structures, policies, procedures, etc.
- Submission of required information to banks on ongoing basis
- Ensuring renewal and review of limits on periodical basis
- Mapping of key dealing officials at various levels
- Keeping abreast of banking regulations and impact on business
- Ensuring regulatory compliances
Internal coordination
- Close coordination with Project Team for technical updates
- Close coordination with PPA Team for power sales update
- Close coordination with Accounts Team for mapping of funds flow
- Coordination with Secretarial Team for taking up specific board/ shareholder approvals, board resolutions as per lenders requirements, any statutory requirement for lenders, etc.
Other activities
- Monitoring and facilitating BG / LC renewals
- Cash flow projections and gap funding analysis
- Coordinate with accounts team for debt servicing & other miscellaneous requirements
- Review project financing related costs for optimization / minimization
- Prepare presentations for internal reviews (Chairman/CEO/ CFO/Corporate, etc.)
- Prepare presentations for board meetings
- Prepare notes/ presentation/ emails/ etc. for any funding initiatives
- Respond to internal due diligence queries, update to corporate
- Attend internal review meetings
- Coordinating with TRA / lead bank and ASM for facilitating project / O&M payments
