Accountabilities
- Financial Model Analysis and independent validation
- Independently verify and validate the business model assumptions across sectors, sanity check of the model and ensure standardization of financial models used by the top management for decision making.
- Provide recommendations on improving the quality of models across sectors.
- Independent analysis performed on business assumptions and deviations if any /difference in point of view highlighted to the top management with rationale
- Prepare Risk Bulletins and AOP variance and risk analysis
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to identify top model risks and quantify their impacts on short term and long term objectives of the organization
- Tornado and s-curves generated for business models across sectors. Variance analysis of current state vi-a-vis original assumptions, outlook on future risks and impacts provided.
- Consolidation and Aggregation of Models to Identify Top Group Level/Sector Level Risks and their Impacts
- Develop and deploy a mechanism for aggregation of risks from various sectors to identify group level risks, flagging and monitoring of the same
- Models from across sectors aggregated at group level. Top risks identified, flagged at appropriate times to the top management. Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) developed for the same.
- ERM Framework Implementation in Sector assigned & GCS Functions
- Ensure that the ERM process comprising of risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring & review runs periodically across Sector assigned and Group Corporate Services Functions
- Completed risk registers, top risk profiles, monitoring & periodic review at steering committee meetings
Special Assignments
- Develop short models with various alternative business plans to aid investment decisions or explore exit options
- Carry out risk assessment exercises for special projects
- Policy reviews

Educational Qualification - BE +MBA(Fin)/CA
