GMR Group - Junior Manager - Indirect Taxation

- Research on tax issues, case laws and prepare draft response / replies to the Show Cause notices

- Prepare in coordination with Business IDT teams Compliance SOP's for Sectors / Business, for compliance assurance

- Prepare the draft of appeals, filing and representation before the tax authorities

- Prepare Compliance tracker and monitor compliances provide support to IDT teams in Sectors for ensuring right compliance.

- Provide support to sectors in the Service tax Audits, VAT Audits as conducted by the tax authorities

- Proactively conduct health check of compliances and tax positions across various business
