GMR Group - Junior Manager - Corporate Finance

We have an exciting job opening with our corporate finance team.

Job responsibilites are given below:

1. Raising of Corporate loans / Mezz Debt.

2. Providing financial/non financial details to the lenders on quarterly and timely basis.

3. MIS preparation (AOP, Weekly updates, Quarterly covenants)

4. Maintaining and Developing relations with the current/prospective lenders.

5. Entire documentation work related to raising funds

6. Relationship building with external stakeholders (lenders, advisors, merchant bankers, etc.)

7. Information sharing with lenders after quarterly results

8. Preparation of Group Exposure statement and Preparation of weekly#updates for Management
