Lead the Talent Acquisition function for GMR Group, be responsible for recruitment Leadership Hiring including Induction & Onboarding. Bring in global best practices to GMR
Job Description:
- Top Executive Hiring across the Group Leadership Hiring
- Drive Campus Selection for MT, GET, GT & Interns for the Group& build Campus Connect Program for Employer Branding
- Develop and deploy best practices in Shared Service Center
- Develop, Implement & Monitor Talent Acquisition processes across the Group.
- Ensure SAP process compliance of Recruitment Management,
- Marketing, Posting & Onboarding
- Employer Brand Building through Recruitment Marketing & Postings.
- Drive IJP Across the Group through Conducting IJP Fairs, monthly dashboard, periodic review with SSC TA Team and BHRs and process governance
- Governance of Social Media Recruitment process across the group
- Ideal Candidate - 14+years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in TA Specialist role in a large conglomerate into Leadership Hiring.
- Previous experience in a reputed Search Firm would be added advantage
