- Timely compliance across functions. preparation /negotiation/facilitate signing of project contracts of high value & criticality, review of commercial documents, support and co-ordinate for claims management / BG management/Payment tracking and monitoring ,contract closures for all projects (Coal/Gas/Hydro/Solar etc.)
