We have exciting job opportunity in our Corporate Finance team in Mumbai.

Job responsibilities are mentioned below:

- Prepare financial model by making use of financial, commercial, regulatory & technical information available about the projects.

- Valuation, Scenario building and sensitivity analysis

- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.

- MIS reports to be generated and analysed for projects / assets on a regular basis.

- Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.

- Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, etc.

- Prepare presentations, teasers, investment memorandum and provide support in due diligence

Qualification: MBA Finance
