JOB PURPOSE :

To interact with departments to review and finalize all departmental budgets leading to the formulation of a comprehensive Annual Operating Plan. To drive the Preparation, analysis and monitoring of Strategic Plan through conduct of a Strategy Workshop. To drive business case evaluation and enable senior management to take value based decisions. To provide key inputs via MIS that would enable rational decision making.

Accountabilities:

Conduct of Workshops

- To facilitate the AOP preparation process by organizing the BPC workshop. Arrange other workshops for SPG such AOP, AUCC (Capex Expansion) etc.

Analytics and MIS reporting

- To proactively create discussion tools, sales analytics and AOP variance analysis for senior management and release comprehensive GHIAL War Room MIS (alternative months) to provide a comprehensive analysis for senior management.

Pursuing Strategic Business Development anchored by SPG

- Drive activates related to discussion related to potential investors and tenants for Hyderabad Airport city development Vis. Partnership with foreign companies, discussion on bulk land disposal with Indian players, Engaging with transaction advisers

- Anchor all actives related to the approval /notification of multi service SEZ.

- MOU- Strategic corporation with foreign players for the development of Airport City

Strategic support

- Strategic Research, Reviews, Follow-ups, Special Assignments, Agreements, projects/cost reviews etc (for the identified departments)

Supporting the Subsidies on Key Initiatives

- To provide key strategic and analytical support to business verticals like Duty Free and MRO

Aerospace Institute

- Pursue setting up of Aerospace Institute working along with Aero-space BD team. With respective depts. to working on key improvement initiatives from GHIAL side

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate with MBA preferably in Finance & Strategy

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills

- Strong data interpretation / analytical skills

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- 4-5 years of total experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in strategy function or general management role in an infrastructure company
