Associate Manager - Data Analytics & MIS Job Purpose : - Support Lead SPG in development of AOP / Strategic plans based on data analysis and management inputs and ensure its alignment with long-term business goals. - Anchor / Participate in corporate meetings and follow up for the ATRs closure - Anchor and drive the BE initiatives and Special improvement projects across the organization. - Deliver MIS reports/analysis in a time bound manner and help management take strategic decisions backed by data insights and ground level feedback, thus helping company achieve business goals. - Support various functions in data requirement and assist them to achieve their business objectives. - Participate and involve actively in working and execution of organizations strategic initiatives / projects Roles and Responsibilities : MIS preparation : - Prepare and circulate daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS with accuracy and on time - Deliver error free cashier report in a time bound manner Data Analytics / Insights sharing with Sr. Management : - Provide Data/ Analytics/ Reports to the Senior Management as per the need of the Business and assist them to define strategic action plans based on data insights and ground level feedback Industry news & analysis : - Track industry news and analyze new business trends/initiatives. - Benchmark HDF offerings/promotions/prices vis- vis completion BI tool configuration and management : - Support in improving the features/ functionality/ reporting capability of the BI tool; Assist in development of new BI reports based on management requirements and ensure end-to-end implementation accurately AOP preparation support : - Collaborate with all the stakeholders, assist them for any data requirements - Assist various team in defining budget rationale considering historic trends and new set of requirements Prepare corporate reviews : - Support in preparation of BRC/Board/BCM/GCM/AOP/Mid-Year reviews. - Participate in all corporate reviews / meetings and circulate minutes of the meeting, follow up for the ATRs closure defined by Senior Management Strategic initiatives for the Business : - Work on identified initiatives based on CEO's requirements; follow-up with all the stakeholders, monitor and ensure timely closure of the same - Work on key strategic initiatives to achieve the short term and long term business objectives; define/assist in planning specify review mechanism, follow up with all the key stake holders, monitor and ensure timely closure.
