Profile : Analyst, M&A - Airports

Years of experience : 4 - 6 years+

Work profile:

Analyst will work with Chief Commercial & Business Development Officer of GMR Airports to identify, assess and incubate new business opportunities globally.

The work profile will specifically include:

- Identify and evaluate prospective opportunities in the Airports sector for M&A

- Overall bid management including detailed due-diligence efforts

- Work with the M&A head to liaison with all relevant stakeholders to critically evaluate and incubate the opportunities

- Develop presentations, information memorandum and financial models as may be required to drive the effort

Requirements:

- A self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mind-set

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced skill in Power Point Presentations and use of Excel

Educational background and experience:

- MBA from among Tier-1 B-schools like IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS etc. and or CA (rank holder preferred)/ B.E./B.Tech/ or graduate from a leading institute

- 4+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate strategy / Consulting

- Good knowledge of financial concepts with exposure in financial modelling and financial analysis

- Experience in the Airports / Aviation/ Infrastructure sector will be preferred
