JOB PURPOSE

- Develop AOP/strategic plans based on data analysis and management inputs and ensure its alignment with long-term business goals

- Anchor key strategic initiatives and monitor end-to-end implementation to improve the internal processes

- Anchor / participate in corporate meetings and follow up for the ATRs closure

- Prepare corporate reviews / Management reports to give timely information about the business to management

- Anchor and drive the BE initiatives across the organization.

- Lead various functions in data requirement and assist them to achieve their business objectives

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Lead Strategic Planning process & facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation for the company incl. Mid-year Reforecast

- Support & participate in the CFTs to drive the Strategic initiatives /Sales improvement and update CEO/Top Management on strategic initiatives through data analysis and alert on major developments

- Strategy Deployment through PDMs / Goal setting for top management with focus on KPI deployment and action points

- Lead & review quarterly environment scan, data analytics on traffic and revenue, impact analysis and research on latest development of Duty Free Industry

- Support in conducting effective business reviews (CEO/Board/BCM/GCM) and providing analytic support to senior management in decision making

- Anchor Steering Committee Meetings within the business, track & closure of ATRs pertaining to Senior Management and ensure business objectives are met in a time bound manner

- Prepare business MIS, Track ATR reviews and drive its closure. Create and run the Business Monitoring Dashboard.

- Assist management in defining the action plans based on data insights and ground level feedback

- Special assignments (special time bound tasks from Senior management, Sector team related to Policy matters, engagements with internal and external stakeholders, etc). Prepare stakeholders /regulatory advocacy papers as part of engagement advocacy initiatives.

- Define new SOPs and process improvement initiatives.

- Periodically review SOPs / Process documents, discuss with all stakeholders and define corrections in the same wherever required

- Anchor and drive the BE initiatives across the organization.

- Support roll-out, implementation for Business Excellence/5S, Sustainability reporting, Benchmarking, Business Continuity Plan etc.

- Support CEO in conducting effective business review by giving pre-reads inputs, analytical support and update on Key ATRs to Management

- Duty Free Data analytics: Design & implement Data analytics for Duty Free business to generate insights and support reporting & decision making

- Capability building for team members through training and review of their work on MIS and benchmarking.

- Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork

- Understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop
