Job Title - AGM Hospitality – Non Aero

Department - Commercial

Job Responsibility Level - M5

Reports To - AVP Business – Non Aero

Qualification - Diploma in Hotel Management, MBA

Experience - 10-14 experience in the relevant field

Age: < 35 years

Location: Delhi

Purpose of Post:

This position will report to AVP – Business. Incumbent will be responsible for managing Hospitality business and day to day operational activity at the airport, drawing together the necessary business information, with the necessary analytical analysis, to make informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Strategies for non-aeronautical businesses ( F & B, Hotel, Lounges) both for the existing infrastructure as well as conceptual and strategy inputs for the design and development of subsequent phases.

- Develop and maximize revenues from various streams of activities

- Develop Commercial Annual Operating Plans and ensure achievement of targets set.

- Leading and managing airport commercial development and sales efforts by innovative methods of promotions/sales.

- Manage relationships with concessionaires/business partners and regulatory agencies with the overall objective of delivering service of world class airports

- Increase customer satisfaction and optimize customer service quality and levels to ensure positive customer experience and achieve Commercial ASQ ratings.

- Represent the company at various relevant committee meetings, and at formal functions

- Regularly studying and analyzing the global commercial best practices at airports, and determining the extent and scope of incorporating the same at the airport.

- Responsibilities would also include Pricing Strategies, Commercial Process Ownership, commercial development, current legislation and contract law, subcontract Management, and supporting all tender and bid proposal activity

- Provide commercial guidance to Business Units, Programme Functions and Senior Management team.

- Ability to display a high level of leadership and motivation and maintain confidentiality. The post holder will be expected to contribute proactively to the development of the airport’s decision making at strategic, functional and business unit level

- Ability to identify business value drivers- opportunities, competition, key trends etc.

- Ability to structure and frame assignments appropriately and generate relevant insights (thought support, new opportunity evaluation etc.)

- Ability to lead and manage the team and ensure timely and quality delivery of assignments

- Commercial awareness and strong business and marketing analysis skills and in depth knowledge of the economic environment, customer needs, competitor behavior and internal operations.

- Excellent communication skills (Written/one - one /Group Presentations)

- Multi-tasking with right prioritization

- Ability to work with flexibility in a dynamic business environment

Requirements:

- 10-14 years previous experience in a revenue generating business, related to hospitality/QSR business having joint venture management, retail contracting and franchise management experience

- Above experience to include 3-5 year’s experience in QSR formats

- Should have successfully managed a commercial/sales team in a national/regional role
