Objective: To lead the entire site operations of the plant, having overall responsibility of Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Administration, Accounts  Role & Responsibilities:  - Ensure that the capabilities needed to meet objectives in Capacity, Technology, Automation, Product Quality, Efficiency Improvement and Infrastructure Improvement are identified and appropriately established.  - Ensure compliance to cGMP, Global regulatory requirements with regard to manufacturing, storage, dispatch, Logistics without any deviation and delay to the Finished goods and maintaining specified safety standards for sustainable business.   - Direct and oversee annual production budget to meet the business plan. Prioritise, direct and oversee work activities and schedules and communicate with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to site objectives and goals.  - Ensure compliance to cGMP, Global regulatory requirements and maintaining safety standards, keeping the facility any time ready for inspection by external and internal CQA audit  - Set up metrics, milestones and timelines to monitor goal achievement across the Plant. Create leadership and effective team work for independent working by direct training on technical and management aspects.  - To perform managerial duties including team leadership, manpower planning, hiring, training, performance evaluation
