About the Position

1. Position:GM/ VP-Sales and Marketing- North

2. Qualification: Any graduate with PG in management from IIMs & IITs ONLY (either 2 years full time or 1 years Executive development programme).

3. Experience: Around 10 + years

4. Role:Regional head (Delhi Region)

5. Role and responsibilities

- Lead generation

- Market research to identify the potential buyers of all Company's Properties-Residential (60L-1.00CR),Luxury /life style products ( 6-20 Crs),Villas (4-10 Crs).We have 14 projects in Bangalore and one villa project @Goa.

- Develop the strategies to reach the market-corporate /HNI clients/NRIs

- Brand building exercises

- Design marketing communication plans

- Pitch the sales –techno commercial transactions.

- Coordinate and arrange the project visits

- Follow up the prospects and close the sales deals.

- Single point contact with regard to post sales queries

- Coordinate /assist financial assistance requirements from the approved banks.
