Snap shots of important tasks:

- Working on strategic plans for client and ensuring their effective implementation; Liaise & implement clients communication plan

- Monitor publicity, identify & conduct research to strategically enhance opportunities in client representation

- Undertaking audits, presenting the unbiased perception of the company's image and advising on course correction activities keeping the larger organization goals in Client Management: Comprehending client needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution

- Responsible for organizing & supervising logistics & events: conferences, media interactions, and promotional events for clients

- Direct pro-active consultation to clients for crisis situations

- Supervise content formulation: Shall choreograph development of various content, catered to client communication needs: briefing books, coverage clip reports, Q&A, press releases, profiling, press releases, newsletters, bylines, case studies, leaflets etc.

- Adherence to media engagement processes: Media lists, news evaluation / coverage monitoring.

- Release & control of communication to media; work to secure high impact media coverage for clients

- Work closely with MD to devise, develop and deliver a comprehensive, strategic and tactical plan in generating enterprise-level business opportunities & development

- Enhance overall branding, regulate budgetary control & maintain scope of contract.

- Ensure resource mobilization & manage multiple projects

- Monitor team performance, govern SOP compliance & efficacy. Closely monitor ground work operations for assigned client(s) account.

Nevertheless the person needs to be self driven, have the ability and intention to perform with the team and drive the account(s),should be a strategic counsel and mentor for Torque Team.
