GM/VP - Property & Casualty Operations - Insurance

JOB DESCRIPTION: Site Claims Functional Delivery Lead for a large US P&C Insurer, managing claims delivery, and transformation and drive operational profitability while building capability talent across claims adjusting, and not just operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure delivery to exceed SLAs across multiple regions in portfolio - UK, EMEA, US, Canada.

- Lead and strengthen an existing Claims set up of 250+ and grow the site as India hub for claims

- Drive claims transformation in delivery to cost out 25% efficiency working with business transformation

- Manage claims delivery from India end to end, and drive operational profitability while building capability talent across claims adjusting, and not just operations.

- Build claims capability of adjusting and UK, EMEA market

- Manage and build claims talent with improved skill across value chain and reduced attrition.

- Develop claims capability in adjusting and UK/EMEA market - talent management

- Looking for a leader with minimum 14-15 years of experience in running P&C Insurance Delivery operations

- Property and Casualty Insurance experience is Mandatory

- Must have experience in Claims Adjudications and Claims support (first notice of loss, payments, adjusting support etc.)

- Market: Experienced in UK/ Lloyd's/Europe, and US/Canada Claims markets

- Talent management expert - Direct team handling of approx..250+ Claims delivery, P&L

- Must have UK Claims experience

- Shift 1230 pm-10 pm IST

- Work from office (100% RTO)
