To handle complete P&L responsibility of :

1) Europe business

2) To get Contract Manufacturing business & In-license dossiers for Hormones.

Internal : All key people of R&D, production planning, manufacturing plant, CQA, purchase, project team, regulatory department & Peer group and subordinates

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading team for business development in areas of dossier/MA out- licensing.

2. Negotiating supply prices, licensing fees & finalizing contracts for dossier out-licensing business as well as contract manufacturing business.

3. Participating in various networking conferences like Europlx, CPHI etc for expanding clients base.

4. Travelling to Europe frequently to meet clients for existing and new business development.

5. Coordination with Purchase Dept., for expediting new API sources, manufacturing plants for higher batch sizes in order to reduce cost of finished products.

6. Supporting team members to resolve bottlenecks related to supplies leading to higher customer satisfaction and achievement of top line budgets.

7. Resolving quality issues with clients by coordinating with RA, CQA, production, R & D department

8. Ensuring timely completion of contract manufacturing projects.

9. Coordination with Regulatory dept. and European regulatory consultant for timely completion of DCP, national registration process for getting marketing authorizations on time as well as site variation approvals in site variation projects.

10. Opening new markets by tie ups with new clients for out-licensing dossier/MAs.

11. Mentoring and guiding team members for lead generation, client servicing & contract negotiation.

12. Working on improvement of overall profitability.

13. Ensuring timely payments by customers.

14. Identifying new products for EU based on IMS and patent analysis.

15. Review of existing pipeline to add / delete products.
