ABOUT :   It's Large business house, 1200 cr with presence in sectors like Media, Consulting, Education, Social development, Special events etc.  Role Reports to: Head of HR  About the role & responsibilities:  As a part of expansion the company is looking to strengthen their system & processes. This role is second in-line to Head HR & will support the organisation & diverse businesses in :  - Business HR  - Change Management  - Talent Management  - Sales HR  - Responsible for creating and executing the complete HR framework for the business unit with the intent of developing highly engaged leaders and enabling them to create a high performance, customer centric and values driven organization  - Role needs to collaborate and build excellent relationships with business leaders and corporate HR units to drive and transform the people agenda like Strategy, Business partnership, Organizational Design, Talent management & acquisition, Cost management & MIS, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement and Communication.  - Responsible for managing entire Human Resources Function and advising and influencing the business functions on Sales HR related matters for the company.  - Implementing Human Resource policies, establishing Human Resources systems and overseeing Human Resources functions in the Region. Focus areas would include recruitment & selection, payroll & benefits administration, statutory compliance, training and development, performance management and associate & community relations.   - Overall responsibility to manage all aspects of Organization Development, Talent Management. Understand overall HR strategies and ensure appropriate implementation within the organisation. Drive Change Management initiatives, Design and execute effective Performance Management system & Talent Strategy.  - Lead the Talent Assessment Process (TAP) strategy, system, and process to collaborate with business leaders to define strategic talent needs for the business and identify high potential talent.  Qualification/ Requirement :  - MBA / Post Graduate with 12 - 16 years of relevant corporate experience in handling multi business groups & stakeholders.   - Should be a Hands-on HR person   - Local Language(Marathi) familiarity is preferred.
