- The Head of Events Management is responsible for managing Social events, Team handling experience is a must.

- Prefer candidate from Event Management Industry.

- Should be comfortable working in a start up environment

- Should be savvy in collaborating with Partners to organize Events at the most optimal price

- Responsible for building a team of dedicated and passionate staff members

- Should drive business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing,.

- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns

- Proven leadership in managing Events and should be passionate in this field

- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability

- Provide expertise on current industry best practices

- Identify new areas of Events based opportunity beyond current organizational thinking

- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

- Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
