Current opening for GM/VP Architecture & Design role from Architecture, Consulting, Real Estate and Design Firms background.

Designation : GM/VP Architecture & Design

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch/ BIM

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for overall for developing Engineering, design, Architecture, Technical & details design, Architecture for all Projects across.

- Co-ordination with Internal and External Stake Holders.

- Will be responsible to provide quality design and on time delivery

- Responsible for design study, development potential, FSI projections and feasibility study for prospective project.

- Will manage team.

Experience :

- Candidate should have 18-22 years of experience in design, Architecture and Engineering of Multistoried/Hise Rise residential / Commercial, IT Parks, Malls, Retail, and Large Township Projects etc from India/ International Architecture ,Design, Consulting or Real Estate companies.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
