Roles and Responsibility:

Job Description:

- Position of General Manager – Training (Retail & CPG) who would be responsible for handling the entire gamut of training activities for that particular vertical, which is 3500 FTE strong.

- This would also include process training and developmental training. The position reports directly into the Business Unit Head. The incumbent will be responsible for Training Need Identification, TNI/TNA and designing training calendars. Lead a team of trainers at various levels across the country.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop T&D strategy in line with business drivers across locations.

- Ensure/ conduct periodic reviews with business to discuss & review current performance & understand client needs & expectations.

- Build training plans for the business unit in partnership with clients and internal key stakeholders to support achievement of business goals, including change & expansion initiatives

- Devise & implement training & development interventions capable of retaining & developing existing talent

- Ensure availability of training/learning programs to meet needs of business across locations, facilitate delivery of just in time training.

- Act as final point of resolution on special request, exceptions & escalations.

- Keep abreast of best practices in industry to identify & drive open opportunities for improvement.

Desired Profile

- Domain Knowledge in F&A (P2P, R2R, O2C)

- Total experience of 14+ years, of which 5+ years at Leadership level in Training
