We are seeking an experienced professional with specific expertise in leading and managing Training and Development initiatives for India shared service center. This GM of Training and Development will be based in our Gurgaon office, India and will report to Vice President - Human Resources based at the Gurgaon office. This individual will be expected to serve the following key roles and responsibilities:
- To manage end to end training delivery for the organization- Pre -Process, Process & Behavioral training
- Identify training and development needs of employees throughout the organization based on competencies required for the role
- Work with Operations to design process training; identify success factors & measure training effectiveness
- Work with external training partners on the design & delivery of behavioral/management & leadership programs. Identify the right training partners
- Lead execution for all training road-maps & measure training effectiveness
- Identify & implement cutting edge training tools for creating learning impact
- Work with different businesses to resolve any skill related issues impacting performance
- Manage training budgets & generate training MIS
- Use Learning Management system effectively
- Work with the Training team in the US for implementing company wide initiatives
Experience required :
- Must have 10+ years of experience in Training and Development
- Proven record of working in complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Handled training for large organizations
- Should have worked extensively with external training partners
- Should have worked on modern day IT management tools & also have used LMS
- Very strong on present-ability/communication/delivery
- Should have strong experience as a trainer him/herself
- Should be currently managing a team of at least more than 5 people
