GM - Training & Academics - Delivery Head

Require Head Training & Academics ( Delivery Head ) for a leading Training & Consulting Organization, part of 3.2$ Billion Group.

People from only Training & Consulting companies need apply, who have excellent experience in Content Development & Conducting Training Sessions.

Role Priorities :

1. Overall planning & understanding of the soft skills/ behavioural training business, Strategic Planning and execution of the projects.

2. Understanding client needs and defining scope of the project.

3. Design & Development of Content as per need of the client / Design Principles

4. Managing multiple training projects , be abreast of market requirements and proactively create new products for behavioural training portfolios of the organization

5. Contribute ideas for constant content improvement and upgrading solutions. Responsible of quality of the content development and training programme.

6. Driving team domestic and globally.

7. Capable to deliver high level of training interventions.

Skills and preferences:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Excellent presentation skills

3. Flair for client management

4. Should have led a team

5. Flair for systems and processes and quality

Experience:

1. 15 – 20 years experience in behavioural training, Content Development and managing training vertical.

2. More than 8-10 yrs experience in leadership roles

3. Must have had vast national and international experience

4. Preference for understanding of both domestic and “off-shore services delivery” models

Education-

- MBA/PG/PGDBM from reputed B school

Location - Gurgaon

Remuneration - 35L to 40 L, will not be a constraint for the Right Candidate
