Purpose  This position holds the responsibility of hiring Senior/ Leadership team. Design and delivery of assessment/development centres, assist HR director for Succession planning for critical skills/roles. Design & delivery of talent framework in alignment with Client requirement & design and delivery of Organisation wide Talent Management Engagement & Intervention  Leadership hiring: 40%  Talent Management: 40%  - Facilitate Assessment and Development centres Senior Employees  - Work Collaboratively to create IDP’s for Leadership team  - Implement group Diversity & Inclusion programmes   - Work with HRBP’s / Business Leadership team/ HR COE’s is design Talent on boarding and Retention programmes.  Talent Engagement : 20%  - Implement the Client People Survey as per group guidelines.  - Work collaboratively with Business Leaders / seniors, stakeholders to deliver actions emerging from the Client's People Survey.  - Facilitate engagement with Forum to establish relevant interventions.  - Facilitate Client wide Recognition Programmes etc.  Position : Will be based in Pune  Please send resumes with an exec summary and photograph  Sandra
