We, Careerist Management Consultants, specializing in HR search firm, are looking for a Senior HR professional for a General Manager Talent Management role and the position would be based at Gurgaon.

Brief Profile: We are looking for a person with 17- 20 years of HR experience specifically in Leadership Development, Talent Management role with an organisation having global HR practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate has to design and deploy talent management policies across the businesses in India.

- He has to work closely with the business, talent assessment

- Also supporting Head HR in competency development, succession planning, competency framework.

Experience in all facets of Talent Management (Organization Development, Leadership, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Assessment ) would be an added advantage.

Candidates with Sales Talent Management experience would be preferred or from a sales oriented organization.
