GM - Supply Chain - FMCG

Essential Attributes :

- 10 to 12 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Management

Preferred Industry : FMCG - Food/Non-Food Only

Location : Multiple Locations

Education Qualification : MBA in Operations (Premier Institutes Only)

As a GM - Supply Chain you will be responsible for :

- Expertise in End to End Supply Chain management of FMCG sector.

- Hands on working experience in creating and establishing upstream and downstream supply chain systems, process and KPIs and organisation development

- Implement effective strategies for cost efficiency and process optimization in an ethical and transparent manner.

- Required to drive rapid improvement in functional standards across all activities at both strategic and operational level. Set up procedures, cost monitoring and management reporting systems in coordination with corporate office.

- Establish and monitor agreed SCM Key Performance Indicators and encourage timely implementation of corrective actions on identified deviations from set goals

- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Procurement.

- Good working knowledge in all facets of Contracts, Procurement, Local Content, and Logistics

- Create blue print for Warehousing and Logistics for Domestic and Export

- Ensuring statutory compliance, risk mitigation and quality, safety, hygiene.

- Experience in global sourcing, warehouse management, distribution, procurement, manufacturing and operations management
